We ensure the highest level of production quality already in the initial phase (detailed FMEA analysis), which also eliminates unnecessary additional costs and optimises further processes. We also offer additional services, such as varnishing, siliconing, or grouting for turnkey products. If required, we also offer depanelization.
We guarantee 100% traceability and labelling of products with laser or ink-jet technology and mechanical engraving.
Packaging and delivery services are customised according to your needs.
With stringent process control and carefully planned technological inspection points we guarantee thorough testing of the final product. Our test processes ensure the overall quality of asembly, and are divided into three stages: optical (automatic and manual) testing, electrical testing and functional testing.
